Medical Freedom & Hawaii's Future

Announcing the 4-Island Tour of
"Keep Vaccinations Optional"

Aloha “Keep Vaccinations Optional” Supporters,

All Hands-on Deck at the State Capitol this Wednesday, Jan 21st starting 9:30am.

We have the not good news the State Capitol.  The Governor’s Bill to Repeal of the Childhood Vaccinations Exemption has been put on the 2026 docket.  As this is a “carry over” bill from 2025, it could move swiftly through the legislator.

This Wednesday, January 21st at 10am is the opening day of the legislative session followed by an Open House with all Senators and House Representatives for the remainder of the day.  It is a day where rallies and gatherings happen in the State Capitol Rotunda in the morning, with meet & greets with the legislators in their office in the afternoon.

Please join us for a rally in the State Capitol Rotunda in Honolulu from 9:30am to 11:30am. We will have banners and custom t-shirts to wear.  Then the rest of the day we will split into teams and go around to all the Senators and House Reps offices for Open House to talk to them personally and hand them our information including:

1) a letter from Keep Vaccinations Optional explaining our position,

2) the flyer of the four-island tour poster to show how we are activating all the islands,

3) the study of vaxxed vs unvaxxed kids as a summary,

4) the Citizens Memorandum with signatures in miniature,

5) the Maui “Keep Vaccinations Optional” Voters Initiative law with the signatures gathered miniature.

Let us know if you are coming by sending an email to:  info@KeepVaccinationsOptional.org

Here are some recommended elements when talking to our State Legislators:

1)  Frame respectfully the importance of Hawaii retaining citizens’ first amendment rights to informed consent regarding their children’s and their own medical choices with their health care provider.

2)  Please oppose removal of citizens’ rights to religious and philosophical exemptions for school attendance from the Recommended Childhood Immunization Schedule. Each child has unique health circumstances. Where there is risk, there must be choice.

3)  Please retain Hawaii’s current inclusion among 45 states that protect citizen’s rights to determine their medical choices, as well as their children’s.

4)  The Governor’s action to twice declare a medical emergency over Federal Administrative actions is an overreach of his authority. Joining Hawaii into the Western State Health Care Alliance is a decision that needs legislative approval.

Mahalo.

The Problem:

  1. GOVERNOR TRIED TO REMOVE PARENTAL RIGHTS: Last year the Governor attempted to mandate full vaccination for all schoolchildren and eliminate religious exemptions, removing parental rights. The Bill timed out and was a clear warning.

  2. THREAT TO PRIVATE PROPERTY: A new Hawaiʻi law gives the Governor emergency power to take control of private property, live stock, or goods without a warrant, and many residents are unaware of it.

  3. GOVERNOR’S OVERREACH OF POWER: Hawaiʻi’s governor has issued 90+ emergency proclamations, suspending at least 20 state laws without Legislation. These “emergencies” are based on administrative issues and not real emergencies. No one is checking this power.

Our Answer: Citizen Memorandums

A Citizen Memorandum is a formal notice from the people to elected officials. It clearly states when government actions go too far and puts those concerns on the public record. We use Citizen Memorandums because they allow citizens to speak up, assert their rights, and remind government officials that they work for the people—not the other way around.

At this event, you will receive Citizen Memorandums you can sign and submit to address parental rights, private property protections, and executive overreach—clearly reminding government officials that their authority comes from the people.

One Root Cause Behind Every Threat

These actions may seem unrelated, but they all stem from the same issue: unchecked executive power. When emergency authority is used without limits, transparency, or legislative oversight, fundamental rights can be suspended quietly—and most people don’t realize it until it’s too late. That’s why waiting, complaining, or hoping officials correct themselves is no longer enough.
